Overview: Flagyl 250mg
It is used to treat sexually transmitted diseases such as trichomoniasis and bacterial vaginosis, and improves symptoms such as vaginal inflammation, itching, and abnormal vaginal discharge. Flagyl contains the active ingredient metronidazole, which is effective by cutting the DNA of trichomoniasis protozoa and bacteria, and killing them.
How to take
When taken orally
- Take one tablet twice a day for 10 days. If additional treatment is required, resume taking the medication after a week break.
For vaginal tablets
- Administer one tablet intravaginally, once a day, for 10 days.
